Build Your Own Sports City Draft

Subject: Build Your Own Sports City Draft Sat Jul 05, 2008 9:24 am

There will be 3 or 4 different drafts. (NFL, NBA, MLB for sure) (NHL if you want) The goal will obviously be to build the best sports city. You will be the owner and you will use the name of a real owner in the sport of your choice, but you will own all of the teams. We will have a draft for all staff (GM, Coach/Manager, and Assistant Coaches in each sport) If you have any questions or suggestions, feel free!

Pick time and other rules TBD by participants...

I will take the city of Tampa.

I will be: Owner Joe Maloof and run my teams with my brother Gavin.

I'll take Bloomington & the owner will be Paul Brown. Since Bloomington doesn't have any professional teams, if its not allowed to take them, I'll be Cincinnati. And I don't watch much NBA, so someone might have to help me [co-owner?].

St.Louis please. Cardinals, Rams, Blues and I'll take any team in the NBA considering St.Louis doesn't have a basketball team.
